Return & Exchange Policy – Artiova

At Artiova, every frame is handcrafted with care and made to preserve your most valuable memories. Because many of our products are customized, our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.


1. Customized Orders

All custom-made frames (size, color, design, or print) are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically for you.

However, we will gladly assist if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The order is incorrect

2. Standard (Non-Custom) Products

For non-custom items, returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused
  • Returned in original condition and packaging

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will offer:

  • Replacement or
  • Repair, depending on the case

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for:

  • Non-custom products
  • Items with confirmed defects

(Customized items cannot be exchanged unless defective.)


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for approved returns of non-custom items
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Order Changes & Cancellation

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within a few hours of placing the order
  • Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled
