  • Custom orders may take 3–7 business days depending on design and quantity

You will be notified once your order is ready for shipping.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service

  • Shipping cost is calculated based on location and order size
  • Final shipping fee is confirmed before order completion

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
    • Tracking number (if available)
    • Or confirmation message with delivery details

If the customer is unavailable:
